Hi Ann,

Not sure if you will remember me – Mum and I met you in a Bridal Shop in Rednal and you recommended Florentyna Dawn to us for Mum’s outfit. We can never thank you enough! We got married on Saturday, had the best day ever (even with the showers!), and Mum looked, and more importantly felt, stunning.... 

She really did look amazing, and it was definitely worth taking a few days off work for the trips up to choose, double check choice and make alterations (to all you in the shop who helped – thank you so much – a local lady finished off the final alterations – all wonderful!).

No piccies yet, off on honeymoom shortly, but just want to thank the people who helped set up our day!

Hello Dawn,

This very morning I was reading an article in the Daily Mail about a female who was distraught at the way she was treated when she asked for a size 16 in some posh shop in London. I reflected on the care and the tremendous respect bestowed on me by Sandra and yourself. Not once did I feel embarrassed about my body because you people made me feel so good . I let my best friend see my outfit, she has advanced cancer and she just adored it. I told her how I had to do nothing but try on selected outfits and the accessories just appeared., and how wonderful you people were, unbelievable. Will be telling all my line dancer friends this evening. Have already told so many people about your shop and about the wonderful attention and respect shown to me.

I will write a lovely testimonial, but the picture is another story, depends on how happy I am with my body on the day, and how much weight I will have lost. 

Renewed thanks to you all and I am still in a state of shock that you managed to sort me out.

Just to say 'thank you' so much for looking after me last monday. Your customer service was outstanding, giving me the confidence to try on styles that I wouldn't have even considered. I am really pleased with my outfit and all my family and friends love it too.
(Never thought I could look as good as this!!)

Just to say a BIG thankyou for helping me choose my outfit yesterday,I cant wait for the garments that needed adjusting to arrive now. I am not the most confident of females,but you made me feel good,thankyou for that. I will so much enjoy wearing my new outfit in September,I felt so good in it. It was such a long way to come but who cares it was very productive,we had a naff journey back,it took us three and a half hours!!,diversions, jams etc,buut at least you sorted me out. Of course,I will get one sorted as soon as possible,I am rubbish at my digital photo/computer thing,but as soon as my son or new daughter in law comes I will get them to do it.

The comments I have had have been amazing,it has made a fat lady very happy!! But seriously,i felt a 100,000 dollars in it, a family friend said it was the best ladies outfit for a wedding she had EVER seen. But most important I felt amazing in it,so much so,that I kept it on for the evening party,which never happens as I always like to be in something comfy!!

It was worth every penny,its a family joke now,that we came all the way to Stockport for my outfit,and THANK the Lord that we did!And I would come again....We will be back next year,as my eldest son is getting wed in Kenya of all places,so the cooler the better,heres to you your beautiful shop and your staff,Regards and love Jayne Hanks,(oh and happy halloween,BOO wha he's behind you!!!! mad as a hatter me!!)Take care

Earlier this year you helped me to put together an outfit to wear at my son's wedding. The day was a great success and I received many compliments. Attached is a photograph of me and my husband as we arrived at the reception. My gratitude to all of you, it was your support and advice that prepared me for the day and this helped me to enjoy the day to the fullest extent.

I hope to come across the Pennines again to visit you at the shop but I do also look forward to a time when sales can be made on the website.

I just wanted to express my gratitude to you and your brilliant staff for your valued input to what must have been the most amazing day of my life. 

The “Florentyna Dawn Experience” was a truly wonderful start to my journey as the Groom’s Mother. The care and attention lavished on me made the whole shopping trip simply awesome and I would strongly recommend every woman to try it! I never felt under any pressure to buy and genuinely believe I was given honest opinions on the outfits I tried on. Sandra was a star!

As I was standing in your calm and welcoming surroundings looking back at my reflection in the mirror, I knew I’d found the ideal outfit for me! Not only was it comfortable to wear – the attention to detail and the ease of the creaseless fabric made it an absolute winner. I also know that I have a 3 piece suit which I can mix and match with other items in my wardrobe and hence, be able to wear again in the future – brilliant! Being able to match up my jewellery, as well as having the flexibility of hiring the perfect hat, made the whole process simple and stress free. I walked out of your shop feeling a huge sense of satisfaction, knowing I’d achieved a great result and excitedly looking forward to my son’s wedding day! On big occasions such as this, we all tend to feel a little anxious, but I can honestly say that as I finally placed the hat on my head and left my room to join the wedding guests, I really felt empowered to take on the role of the groom’s mother!

I had many wonderful comments throughout the day which was simply magical for me! I’ve attached a photograph which I think proves how great I felt! (I’ll pop into the shop with the official photos when I have them)
